The Young Leaders Academy & Cotillion is a signature youth development program designed to prepare young women for success in college, careers and community leadership. Through a year of educational, cultural and personal enrichment experiences, participants build college-readiness skills, broaden their social and cultural awareness, and strengthen the confidence, leadership and commitment to service that will help them thrive in the future.

The program culminates with the Cotillion Debutante Ball, an elegant evening of dinner, dancing and the formal presentation of the Debutantes. A treasured Phoenix tradition for more than six decades, the Cotillion celebrates the accomplishments and promise of some of the Valley’s emerging young leaders while raising funds to support educational opportunity, youth development and community impact.
